When Rob Frnka went looking for a business opportunity, he started with the "G" word.Golf. LeaderBoard caught his eye because it was unique, and fit his marketing and sales background. Starting operations in March 2004, LeaderBoard has proudly enhanced hundreds of events for charities, associations and corporations.

Rob is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Prior to LeaderBoard he was Director of a large recruiting company, his passion for golf developed playing junior golf and working at golf courses in college.

Rob and his wife Debbie have been married for 10 years and have three future LeaderBoard employees.
